  • A portion of Hemp Seeds
  • A portion of Chia Seeds
  • A portion of Coconut Curls
  • A portion of Walnuts
  • A portion of Cashew Nuts
  • A portion of Almonds
  • A portion of Vegan Cheese – Graded
  • A portion of Olive Oil, Coconut Oil or oil of your choosing

This meal is a very easy to as we just cut the Avocado into small bits and pieces and then we straw the amount of each other ingredient as we want.
