Well, well, well. The true evolution of my Smart Garden is at its infancy but now I am starting the revolution in my growing lifestyle. I have grown a few herbs, a few sprouts but now I have got myself some technology, pumps, light and tools and combined with other growths, I am starting my Microgreens experiments, fun times ahead.
I sowed the Arugula seeds on the 3rd of January, 2022 and this page will show the process, will be updated until the end so stay tune as this will be a very exciting project.
The First Photos
I tried starting with kitchen tissue paper instead of growth pad, results will follow
Day 3
3 days of staying in the dark, under a towel, spraying it with water every few hours.
Now I have exposed it to open air and light. I am also trying to give it growth light for a few hours a day, see what happens.
Day 6
We have reached day 6 of the microgreen revolution. The Growth One, Arugula, my first microgreen growth is going well and I am going to harvest a part of it this evening with dinner.
I have tasted a bit and it is wonderful. Home grown, self reliant and pure.
