Every new dawn gives us the opportunity to change, rearrange and transform our reality as we need, want and desire. How we feel, what we believe, what we think, what we say, what we do and how we live our life is our choice. If we are not happy with our lives, we just need to change our mindset and take action towards changing all we want by designing, creating and manifesting a new reality.

What we put our mind on will become our reality. If we focus on happiness, health and wealth and believe from the core of our being that it will manifest itself into our lives, it will become a reality.
Nothing lasts forever, nothing stays the same and nothing happens over night. We need to patient, still we need to work on our dreams every day, 24/7.
If we are unhealthy today and problems with our body, remember that in 7 years, our body has replaced every cell in our body. So if you start reprogramming our mind, diet, and actions today, your body can be perfectly healthy in 7 years.

When we are born and when we are young, we are full of energy and power, when we grow older and old, our energy and power will deterioride. That is according to a physical program and a choice as we a programmed to think it is a natural process and we believe that is how it should go.
In the morning when we wake, after the regeneration cycle, we are full of energy and power. When we have reached the end of the day, when the evening arrives, our energy and power will deterioride. That is according to a physical program and a choice as we are programmed to think it is a natural process and we believe that is how it should go.
Our physical birth leads to our physical death. Our physical awakening leads to our physical sleep. Are we doomed to follow this program or can we change this programming?
