I had a long, chilled, regeneration cycle. I have had quite a few long, creative, mindful days so I will relax today. Ohh, except that I will go to The God and help him clean Heaven before The Holyday.

As I say, I find it interesting to see what happens during the regeneration cycle.

Seeing the Deep Sleep periods, the REM periods and the Light Sleep periods.

I don´t see “dreams” as dreams. I look at the things we experience while we are regeneration as journeys to other dimensions, different realities and I had very interesting adventures last night. Later I may share my adventures in the different dimensions but as with most of us, our memories of these journeys are lost when we wake up to this realm, the human realm but we can train our ability to remember more. My memory of these experiences is improving and I am often able to continue these journeys while I am awake or aware, while I am in both dimensions.

It is time to wake up

As I am such a good friend and a good team mate, I got this ancient clock as a gift. It is about or at least 100 years old, an heirloom that has been passed through 3 generations. I have always dreamed of a clock like this and now I have one, I am so grateful.
